How YOU Can Get Involved

• Run as a candidate for our Board of Directors 

If you are considering getting involved with our clinic, the Annual General Meeting provides a great opportunity to learn more about the clinic and its activities. You do not need to be a member of the clinic to attend, although only registered members of the clinic will be eligible to vote in the election of new community board members. It is usually held in November. Call us for details.

Join Us! Become a Member of KBCLS
Kensington-Bellwoods Community Legal Services is a non-profit corporation. Its members are entitled to nominate Board candidates, stand for election to our Board of Directors, and to vote at annual general and special meetings called by the Board. If you meet the following criteria, you are eligible to become a member of the corporation:

• You are 18 years of age or over, and
• You are associated with the community we serve in one or more of the following ways:
  live or work in or have substantial association with the area bounded by the east side of Ossington Avenue/Strachan Avenue, the west side of Yonge Street, the south side of  Bloor Street and north of Lake Ontario, or you are eligible for the services of the clinic
• You agree with the objects and goals of the corporation.
