Financial Qualification

We provide free legal services to low income people who live within the clinic boundaries and qualify financially according to Legal Aid Ontario financial eligibility guidelines.  Our legal services range from legal advice to representation at courts and tribunals within the areas of law we practice.  Before we can provide these services, we must ask potential clients about their income, based on guidelines set by Legal Aid Ontario.  We may not always be able to take every case, even if it is within our mandate, based on staff resources, high caseload and casework selection criteria.
